However one of the great things about Derette, is that it is so easy to do normal service like engine oil, hydraulic fluid changes and so on. Below is a video showing how easy it is. This is why Derette is superior to the competition. Just look at the quality of the welds vs the competition.

But lets face it, what happens if a pump fails, or the engine has an issue? Your engine warranty is with Honda (450T) or Perkins (1000v Loader) and there are service centers all over the United States.

Regarding pump failures, we will reach out to Derette in China, and let them know your issue. If they agree, we will send you a pump at no charge, except for shipping.

We will help with engine issues and will replace pumps given approval from Derette as e will stock pumps locally. If you bring your machine to us, we will repair/replace it for you. We will also service the machine if requested. Our current hourly rate is $125/hr. plus materials and we don’t use book time, as our technicians are way faster.
